Endemic to the island, the Immortelle has established itself as the queen of our production, the heart of our business. We grow it organically and biodynamically in a field located just 5 minutes from the farm. In June, we watch for the flowers to bloom because it is at this precise moment that they must be picked in order to benefit from their full power.
The Immortelle is picked manually with a sickle and distilled immediately by steam distillation. As with wine, the island terroir has filled the Corsican Immortelle with unique virtues that are not found in Helichrysums of other origins. This essential oil has its place at the top of the aromatherapy podium.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Internal route reserved for the therapist. Prohibited during pregnancy and breastfeeding. No prolonged use without the advice of a therapist. For prolonged use and on a larger surface, do not hesitate to dilute it with a vegetable oil. There is no contraindication with anticoagulants
because Immortelle is not a blood thinner. It dissolves the clot by enzymatic action, just like hyaluronic acid. It can therefore be used in conjunction with anticoagulants. Consult our blog for indications and instructions for use for children.
